Have you heard of those recipes guaranteed to land you a husband? This isn’t one of them.
In fact, this recipe may have the opposite effect. Most of the guys I prepare Green Chili Egg Casserole for, end up liking the casserole more than they like me. What can I say? It’s a really good casserole.
DON’T SAY I DIDN’T WARN YOU

SAY WHAT??? And if you noticed something different in this video… it’s AB in HD! Big props to Daniel Silva Rego for Video & Production assistance!
That looks delicous, and cheesy. – Cheesylicous. :)
I need to try it out.
I would probably add some nutmeg, cause I always add some if I use spinach, but that is just my taste.
Thanks, Jan! Oh? A pinch of nutmeg with spinach? I may have to investigate this! Thanks for the tip :)
I want to make this every..day..of..my life. This looks awesome, thanks for sharing the recipe!
If someone needs to make friends, this definitely seems like a dish they need to consider. :]
Thanks, Kristina! Haha! This dish is good for making friends :) Just be warned… they might like the casserole more than they like you. At least that’s been my experience ;)
I do love your videos! This looks delish, but you did scare me a little with that spinach. Still, I’m going to try it, and I think I’m going to cut it in half. It should work.
Thank you SO much, Pattie!! I know — it looks like a lot of spinach, but it really cooks down — Definitely try it with less; you’ll love it!! xoxo
Why didn’t I find this recipe BEFORE saturated fat got restricted way the heck down in my diet. I will have to save this for a spurge day or see if I can get the fat down and still have something I would want to eat. This sounds really good although I think I might choose spicier chilies.
This is definitely a splurge kinda recipe. We eat this for special occasion brunches mostly — I like it with a spicier chili too!
