We cut St. Louis ribs into short pieces, then steam them at home and later, brown on our grill. The ultimate finger food.

I make elongated burgers with sausage and beef, then provide a bunch of optional toppings. These are easier to hold without dripping on your shirt.
Just plain ol’ honey glazed ribs.
Usually we try to satisfy to macho guys-that calls for ribs.
Beans–slaw–and the main event, thin sliced pork tenderloin, slathered in whiskey sauce.
Combination Pork-Beef chili atop either french-fried potatoes (Orieda) or tater tots smothered in queso cheese sauce.
Sausage links in a blanket with poutine.
Keep it simple, simply ribs and fixin’s,
Vegetarian lasagna with pulled pork topping.
I love making Asian ginger honey spare ribs! You wont believe how fast it disappears!
